Patient Hub's internet based Bariatric patient management system offers an efficient and effective means for patients, physicians, program managers, and coordinators to interact with one another to maintain up-to-date Bariatric patient information. We offer the ability to track information from the point the patient is interested in the surgery to five year out from the surgery.
